Pneumatic lifting pole is used in communication, lighting, radar, various antennas, meteorology, special vehicles, ships and other fields.

It has two kinds of locking and unlocking. The pneumatic lifting rod with locking connection sleeve self-locking device gives the lifting rod a very long period of time without air pressure inside the rod body to ensure that the lifting rod does not fall. The unlocked connection sleeve is usually used with a pneumatic sensor in order to maintain a steady state for a long period of time. The lifting rod can be equipped with pneumatic components to achieve remote control lifting, or with an air pump to achieve manual lifting without air source in the field. The lifting pole can also be installed with cable according to the customer's needs. There are two kinds of external and internal wires for customers to choose. Specific requirements can be directly linked with the factory.

Attentions should be paid to the use of pneumatic lifting rod:

1. Before working, the air rod must be installed vertically with the working face.

2. Reasonable loading should be carried out according to the bearing capacity of the gas rod, and no overloading should be allowed.

3. The power source of the rod is compressed air (40 micron) dried after general filtration. A constant pressure relief valve of 0-2.5 kg/cm2 has been installed between the rod and the three-point combination (filtration, decompression, oil mist) to ensure the safe and stable lift of the rod. Do not exceed 3kg/cm2.

4. All seals are imported. The working temperature range is generally - 25 ~90 ~C. If special working conditions are required, please specify separately for customization.

5. The through-line lifting pole should pay attention to the insulation of the cable exposed outside the pole. If there is leakage, it should be repaired and used again.

6. Vehicle-mounted air pole can start up and down only when the vehicle is in a static state. It is strictly forbidden to use heavy objects to directly or indirectly impact the cylinder block of the air pole, otherwise it will cause adverse consequences.
