The design is based on non-corrosive materials with three stainless steel bands and special cuts on both side of the band. The bands are rolled with a coil and placed 120 degree apart. The products development took us with 1 years include design, material testing for bands, payload testing for whole products, anti-freezing test, salty weather condition testing and lots more testing involved. It is the smallest super low initial heights mast tower system requires minimum power and withstand rigors of various environmental conditions. The ultra-short initial height mast becomes rigid, straight and strong. The system also has a internal cabling system that goes together with mast up and down.
At the beginning the purpose of design such a mast was to fulfill the needs of special Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGVs). On the platforms multiple sensors can be operated by simple easy connection, now it is also known and used in standalone as well as integrated projects. Camera and thermal units is also mostly seen in the installation sites to capture pictures and videos.
